The New Year has started!

2018 was a challenging year to get through but we survived! Hubby and I don’t usually set goals in the new year but we did this year! We hope to stay physically active even when it’s so super cold outside!

Hubby loves the great outdoor, but due to my physical limitation (bad knee) I can only walk so much per day, he finds trails that are easier for me to achieved!

The nature bring the peace of mind to us, the different seasons have a lot of interesting things too! The bare trees, dried leaves, frozen creeks and more! It’s important for us to rekindle the relationship with nature in the new year.
